Generic drugs are copies of brand-name drugs that have exactly the same dosage, intended use, effects, side effects, safety, and strength as the original drug. These are also cost effective and cheap when compared to the original drug. Medbuzz wanted to create awareness about these generic drugs and wanted the consumers to know how they are better than the original drugs.
The drugs that cannot be issued by the pharmacy without prescription are called as prescription drugs. Medbuzz being an online pharmacy had a major problem regarding how they can view a particular customer’s prescription.
Medbuzz pushed generic drugs rather than the original drugs. They made sure to make the drugs available with respect to the ailments.
The major issue of prescription viewing of the customers was solved by Miraki Technologies by creating an online submission portal wherein the prescriptions can be submitted and the prescribed drugs will be put in the customer’s cart.
