Responsibilities

Skills required-

• Should have hands-on experience in scripting (Batch / shell / perl)
• Should have good knowledge on AutoSys Architecture and tools.
• Installation, Configuration, deployment of Agents.
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues with AutoSys.
• Should have thorough scheduling knowledge.
• Good understanding of ITIL process is must.
• Should be able to work with multiple application teams.
• Experience with different operations system will be a plus.
• Support and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling environment
• Identify opportunities to improve/automate the existing processes.
• Providing Root Cause Analysis to determine the facts based on the problem.
• Should have expertise in defining jobs, configuring the jobs as per the business needs.
• Adherence to Change Management process and controls flow for various changes being implemented.
• Working experience of Installation, configuration, deployment and upgradation of AutoSys Components (AutoSys/WCC/EEM) would be a plus.
