HR Recruiter

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Job postings on various platforms
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, Incentives, health and medical insurance
  • Managing workplace safety issues
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee
  • Preparation of Payroll
  • Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of ERP software
  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
  • Taking care of onboarding and exit formalities.

Accounting:

  • Make sales invoices, proforma invoices from VG & enter in system.
  • Manage sales returns and work on GSTR1
  • GST Reconciliation & resolve queries related to the same.
  • Check and make system entry for Courier invoices, Angadia file and stationery
  • Maintain and monitor electricity usage & charges for office and sampling unit.
  • Manage travel arrangements for office staff
  • Manage and maintain banking records, investment details & credit card expenses for family office
